1. Introduction
This electric tool is controlled by algorithms based on multiple relationships such as current, magnetism, and force, to control mechanisms equipped with adjustable and limited torque. It allows for free programming during the tightening assembly process, enabling the setting of torque, speed, segmented fastening, time, rotation direction, etc. It generates curve graphs for screw fastening and provides data storage links that can interface with the MES system and even further connect to factory management systems for high-quality and efficient production.
2. Composition and Advantages
The intelligent electric screwdriver consists of the tool body, installation seat, telescopic mechanism, and quick-change mechanism for the screwdriver bit. The tool cable interface is a 9-core cable interface with a protection level of IP67; the PUR flexible cable has high wear resistance and can be used in a drag chain form with strong anti-interference capability. The output is a reliable transmission method with low inertia, minimal torque loss, and higher transmission efficiency; its structural design ensures reliable heat dissipation; however, under high-frequency usage, the tool temperature should not exceed 50°.
3. Working Principle
The tightening control system adopts an upper and lower machine form, mainly consisting of the screw tightening mechanism, tool controller, industrial computer, etc. The upper machine of the control system is the industrial computer, which communicates in real-time with the lower machine tool controller via an Ethernet interface. The tool controller establishes communication with the intelligent electric screwdriver through an interface, receiving real-time motor angle signals fed back from the screwdriver to the tool controller; the torque sensor detects the instantaneous tightening torque of the screwdriver and uploads it in real-time to the industrial computer via the tool controller's network transmission line.
In our production and even in daily life, the frequency of using screwdrivers is quite high. Therefore, it can be said that the servo electric screwdriver is a frequently used electric tool. The intelligent electric screwdriver plays an irreplaceable role in disassembly and assembly, but in terms of efficiency, it is dozens of times that of traditional manual operations. Its application is very convenient for our production and daily life.
