Compared with traditional pneumatic tools,Intelligent Electric Screwdriverthe control accuracy is greatly improved, and the precision torque sensor can instantly detect the tightening results, issuing an alarm immediately when exceeding the set range. It provides a user-friendly programming system, allowing operators to set the speed and torque according to different connection conditions to achieve better tightening results and prevent tightening defects. Today, let's take a look at the relevant introduction of the monitoring angle function of the intelligent electric screwdriver.
1. Introduction to the Functions of the Intelligent Electric Screwdriver
The sensor can simultaneously record the tightening torque and angle. We control the tightening results based on torque as the target value, monitoring the angle through which the bolt turns when achieving the target torque. In mass production, fasteners and connecting parts are highly consistent components, and the tightening angles can be very close. However, for parts with abnormal conditions, the monitored tightening angles may deviate significantly from the data of normal parts. By utilizing this difference, we can easily identify abnormal materials and operations, achieving production error-proofing and ensuring normal production.
2. Operation Process of the Intelligent Electric Screwdriver
When normal parts are assembled and tightened. Taking T0 as the monitoring starting point, when the target torque is achieved, the monitored tightening angle value will fall within the normal monitoring range A. If the target torque is reached too early due to part abnormalities, taking T0 as the monitoring starting point, when the target torque is reached, the monitored tightening angle is below the normal range, falling within range B. At this time, the tightening device will alarm because the monitored angle of this tightening has not reached the set lower limit of the normal range. Generally, situations that lead to this alarm are due to using parts with too short a thread pair, insufficient thread processing depth, or re-tightening bolts that have already been tightened.
3. Precautions for the Intelligent Electric Screwdriver
If the target torque is reached too late due to part abnormalities. Taking T0 as the monitoring starting point, when the target torque is reached, the monitored tightening angle is above the normal range, falling within range C. At this time, the tightening device will also alarm because the monitored angle of this tightening exceeds the set upper limit of the normal range. Generally, situations that lead to this alarm are due to using parts with too long a thread pair or missing washers or seals.
As the application of the intelligent electric screwdriver in actual production becomes more widespread, the role of the error-proofing function of electric tightening tools is becoming increasingly important. During product assembly, appropriate error-proofing methods can be selected based on actual conditions to maximize the prevention of operator errors that could result in non-conforming products being delivered to customers, ensuring the quality of the assembly.
