Stud Detection Application
With the development of 3C electronic products, a large number of studs have come to be widely used in electronic devices. If we say that screws are the bonds that hold things together, then studs are the very foundation of secure fastening. As the old saying goes, “If the skin is gone, how can the fur stick?”—a phrase that perfectly captures the critical importance of studs. Tightening screws is one of the final steps in the product assembly process. If problems arise during this stage, all previous efforts will be wasted. That’s why modern large-scale ODM and OEM factories are increasingly emphasizing stud inspection, investing more manpower and resources into testing before assembly begins. Typically, studs are either welded or injection-molded into the product housing, becoming an integral part of the housing itself. In addition to using high-quality materials, it’s essential to ensure that the studs are securely attached and meet stringent standards.
