The 3C circuit boards produced on the Foxconn production line often encounter issues such as false soldering of the studs, solder debris falling into the stud cavity, and the internal threads of the studs being stripped. If manual inspection is done using go/no-go gauges one by one, the efficiency is low and errors may occur. Therefore, Foxconn urgently needs automated equipment to quickly, efficiently, and accurately detect the batch studs on the 3C circuit boards.
So, what tools can achieve this detection function?
Can a regular electric screwdriver with go/no-go gauges perform the detection? The answer is no. A regular electric screwdriver with go/no-go gauges cannot quantify standards with data, making it impossible to determine false soldering of the studs, solder debris falling into the stud cavity, or the internal threads of the studs being stripped.
The Sensewee intelligent electric screwdriver can establish standards for determining false soldering of the studs, solder debris falling into the stud cavity, and the internal threads of the studs being stripped through the number of turns and torque. Based on the various possibilities in the standards, programming is implemented to automatically determine the detection results.
