【Job Responsibilities】 1. Analyze and assess the target market and related customers, collecting information on competitors, potential market size, current market share, and customer feedback, among other data; 2. Actively develop the assigned territory, identify new target customers, and uncover new sales opportunities; 3. Plan and organize sales activities such as product demonstrations and roadshows, identify customer needs, and convert potential opportunities into orders; 4. 【Job Responsibilities】 1. Assist R&D engineers in conducting functional and performance tests on finished products throughout the product development process, as well as subsequent follow-up testing of finished products. 2. Based on test results, prepare corresponding test reports, providing summaries and analyses. 3. Perform daily maintenance of laboratory equipment used for routine testing. 4. Assist R&D engineers in developing project-specific test plans, ensuring that product testing activities are planned and standardized. 5. After testing is completed, generate product specifications and other relevant documentation, and distribute them to production and technical personnel. 【Job Requirements】 1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Electrical Automation, or Automation; proficient in digital circuits, analog circuits, or mechanical design. 2. 1–2+ years of experience in R&D hardware testing or technical support, with an understanding of the smart equipment automation industry. 3. Possess strong data analysis skills and excellent communication and coordination abilities. 4. Be proactive, highly responsible, and able to adapt to teamwork. 5. Recent graduates with outstanding academic records are welcome (candidates who have participated in relevant professional competitions or worked on actual projects during their studies are preferred).
